Synthesis is a collective based festival. The idea of this Festival is to drop out of our individuallity and start co-creating together. This means, it’s built and run on a voluntary basis, counting over 160 incredibly dedicated people beeing involved in the creation and maintenance of the land. For this we need you to get on board of our crew and make magic.
